♡• I, Karo, claim the rights to the produced artwork. As the copyright holder, I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution.

My allowed use of the commissioned piece includes, but is not limited to:

• Promoting myself (social media posts, etc.) unless requested otherwise by client.

• Displaying it everywhere to my liking, unless requested otherwise by client.

As the client, your allowed use of the personal use commissioned piece includes:

• Personal use with proper credit

• Claiming the character(s) (your IP) depicted in the artwork as your own, but not the artwork creation itself.

• Cropping the artwork for use as a profile picture or banner.
--------------------------------------------
•Request to keep personal commission private with a privacy fee.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Client(s) using the original artist (Karo)'s artwork for monetized and/or commercial content without a commercial use agreement.

• Client(s) claiming they've produced the artwork as their own. Including when making significant changes to said artwork, and not crediting the original artist (Karo).

• Client(s) removing my signature and/or watermark from the artwork and/or adding a different signature.

Commercial Use

Refund Policy

I will transfer the money back to you. •♡

General Terms

At this time, for new commissioners, I will not be charging a privacy fee if you would prefer your commission to not be shared.

♡• All artwork will have a subtle watermark. You may not remove any of them.♡• Don't worry about the Price Increasers+ info, as it's a heads up on what may contribute to the official price of your commission. Prices won't skyrocket♡• Commissioned work, and art that I post, is not allowed to be used for any NFT, AI, or crypto purposes. Doing so will get you blacklisted from commissioning me.♡• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.After payment, you will receive:♡• Sketch(s) that you must accept to pay the rest for, before I continue to work.♡• Full-resolution image (3000px+) of the final drawing, will be sent via best platform.♡• I will let you know if the commission may take longer to complete.

Payment

I use Stripe. I will send you an invoice or request for payment. •♡Most types of currencies are accepted, we will discuss further if needed. •♡Payment is 100% or 50% upfront. Next 50% will be after you accept the sketch. •♡I ONLY accept tips on Cashapp and Stripe. •♡Things that may constitute to being charged additional fees include but are not limited to:
Requesting a big revision after I've started coloring or rendering, requesting a new drawing from scratch, or needing the commission sooner than expected. •♡

When ordering..

It should take me at max, 3 days to respond. If no response, please send an email! •♡Send references (or a text description if there's no photos for your character(s)). •♡Things you should specify include, but are not limited to: Characters personality traits if applicable, deadlines, and commission type. •♡Send image reference of facial expression, pose expression, and/or background if you wish to have a specific expression. •♡- You can ask for updates, but do not ask daily (No spam!). •♡
